Hey, I am running out of ideas of what to cook. Since BBQ season is here, what do u think of salmon eh? Hubby's friend BBQ the salmon on a piece of cedar wood. Does it really taste better? Got fishy smell not? Eeewww....I am not very good with fish.

LS, do you go down to Kensignton market to do your marketing ? I found a cheese stall called Cheese Magic which is own by a Singaporean. She has been here for 20 odd years !

She owns the bread stall beside it too !

I recently spent a week in northeastern Montana at my cousin's farm in Lustre. Our (my parents and I) visit coincided with an event they've held annually for 42 years called Schmeckfest (tasting festival). It's done to raise money to help run their Christian High School.

They serve a meal, have a silent and regular auction of items made by members of the community and also items donated by businesses in the area. Entertainment is also provided by people from the community and members of the school.

The food is all prepared by members of the community.
They served 787 meals during the 5-6hr event.

they also had Baked Kraut, Kirsche Moos(cherry sauce), Pluma Moos(dried fruit sauce), Rull Kuchen(crullers), and Paepa Naet(peppernuts)

Well, it's a difference exp from sg. We oak our own wine too so yeah, lots of wine pairing to do when we change the menu. It's small but we're always packed !

Food is ex, you are looking at almost $200 for 2..
